The hole size was advertised as being 2mm in diameter. It was smaller to the point where it would not fit on the 2mm diameter shaft so I had to carefully open the hole to the proper press fit size. Better to be too small for my application. Other than this, the gears were good.

These pieces did not fit Petster so they were a waste of money. Too many plastic pieces all the same size and did not fit the gear assembly.

Let me tell you, if you are looking for 20 Pcs 6mm x 2mm 10 Teeth Plastic Gear Wheel for Toy Car Motor Shaft, you have come to the right place! Me, I was just looking to replace the gear inside one of the motors of my much cherished and terribly tacky Douglas the Talking Fir Christmas Tree. The gear size was correct and my animated tree's mouth once again moves in unison with the tinny-sounding holiday songs he sings! And I am perfectly happy having plenty of spares should any of my other vast collection of Gemmy-produced animated objects of amusement and annoyance need repair.
