Everything works great on the phone. Glad I picked this one because my last one gave me issues. I like the 3 sound levels you can select from and the same with the ringer sound. I am not hard on hearing so I selected the middle one and might go down is I need to. I don't have problems with eyesight either but I like the phone and it's not too big.

I’m so happy to have found this large button landline telephone. I have looked for a good one but have never seen one with all of the added features this one has. I got this for my dad who is 85, has macular degeneration and is losing his sight. He is also hearing impaired but wears hearing aids. His vision is getting progressively worse and seeing the buttons on the microwave, tv remote and telephone are becoming difficult. This phone will make his life a bit easier. He has only a landline so this is perfect. The clear large numbers will make it easier for him to see them. I love that there are 9 one touch buttons where you can program in frequently called numbers. Plus, there’s a place for a photo of the person whose number is programmed in. This feature alone will make it so much easier for him. It’s also helpful that the phone lights up when there’s an incoming call. Not to mention the hands free option, amplified ringer and adjustable volume on both the telephone and handset. The telephone feels sturdy and not cheap at all. Thank you for making such a great product that will help to make my dad’s life easier.

Got this for the grandparents and it’s been a blessing. The buttons are easy to see and use, and the one-touch dialing really helps. Ringer is loud enough for them to hear in the next room. No setup headaches either—just plugged it in and it worked. Simple and solid.
