“Thank you” does not even express how happy I am with this product! I received my order back in December and we are planning on using this as our guest book for our wedding later this year. Whe. I received our product I took it out of the box naturally to see how it turned out. Upon taking it out of the box, there was a small piece that came off the board and created a small error. If you looked super close you could notice but from far away it wasn’t too bad. I was going to let it go but I had family suggest to me to see if I could reach out to the company and see if they could let me know what stain they used so I could just try to fix the little thing that happened.When I messaged the company, they were so quick to respond which was so nice! And they fixed the problem so quickly! I was fully expecting them to just tell me what stain it was and I would go and get and fix it myself. BUT NO! They told me that customer satisfaction was their 100% guarantee and they sent me a brand new replacement product just like that!!The company was so wonderful and I cannot thank them enough! I received the new one today and it is just perfect! I am so excited to have our guests sign this and we will then hang it up in our home to look at every single day and remember what will be the best day of our lives!! Thank you so much again for such great customer service and a wonderful product!!

Had an issue with delivery (not the sellers fault AT ALL) but they were so responsive and considerate to replace my order so quickly to save my wedding 🤍 the piece is beautiful and even came with a tester board and pen!! 10/10 recommend this for your guest book alternative!! I can’t wait to hang it up after everyone signs it!!

My husband and I used this instead of a guestbook at our wedding and a year and a half later it still looks amazing. It hasn’t bent out of shape or anything. The one complaint I do have is that it doesn’t come with backing to be able to hang up after the wedding. We used command strips to hang it up and it actually worked really well and held the weight.
