I previously owned a telescoping wand and it finally broke. I decided to order this one and after the first use it does not compare to the previous telescoping wand. At first look, it looks really well built and appeared to be much stronger than my last wand. Within a couple minutes of use the entire wand pulled apart at one of the joints. I determined that the devices that are used to hold the poles together were not tight. I tighten them but the vibration of the wand caused them to loosen again. I have read people complaining about the the difficulty of use because of the weight. This product extends 20 some feet and has up to 4,000PSI of pressure at the end of the nozzle. Of course it is hard to control and takes a lot of strength. But it allows me to keep my feet on the ground and power wash my entire house and gutters so it is worth it. This telescoping wand worked but I had to preform maintenance within minutes of use. That is why I gave it a 2 star.

There are 2 things I see in the reviews: 1. The telescoping poles twist or slide back down on their own. This is easily fixed by tightening the nuts on the red levers. 2. It is unwieldy. I use a harness and a pivoting coupler/elbow so the nozzle is almost at a 90 degree. The pressure at an angle creates lift and keeps the pole stiff. With the pole laying on the ground I can pull the trigger and it lifts itself off the ground, I just have to control the direction by twisting it left or right, this removes most of the weight.

I've had my pole for awhile now, have used it several times, and found it performs well if wearing your harness to support the weight. The higher you go, the more vertical you need to be or you will quickly fatigue. It is helpful to have somebody working with the operator to manage the hose as it is easy to get all tripped up in it while looking up at what you're washing. The only negative about this pole is that it arrived without one of the red binder levers and bolt, so I don't get the quick adjustment on one section. I had a job to do, so I couldn't afford the time for replacement. If there was a way to get replacement parts I'd give a 5 star review.

Almost impossible to use, even with two people; extended to 24 ftwhen extended the pole has at least a 20 to 30 degree arch.add pressure and the head pushs the top where ever it wants to go.the whole setup is heavy as well, which makes it surprizing it can t support its selfvery unhappy with my purchase, I need it to clean my rain gutters

I just used this wand. I have a really tall house with peaks that are too hard to reach. In the past I used a ladder to pressure clean these areas and that was scary, almost fell off! Living in Florida, we get a lot of mildew from high humidity, and those hard to reach places are also the most visible. When I fully extend the wand, admittedly, it is tricky, but I found once I got used to it, it worked well for me. I also found that shortening it for lower areas took less effort. It is definitely better than using a ladder in any case!Wand feels solid and well-made right out of the box. It came with two different fittings, a 3/8” quick-connect that I used, and a M22 male thread fitting for other connection types I suppose.Couple of tips I can recommend from my experience that might be helpful:Work upright as must as possible so the wand it easier to manage and control. It seems harder getting it up and down.Move in a direction it pushes you in, instead of trying to fight it. There is no need to go back and forth every 5 seconds.Adjust to the wand to the size you need it so it is easier to handle and it will feel light. This will reduce your fatigue.Make sure you are using adequate water pressure. At first I used 4000 psi and I realized that was too much. I reduced the pressure on from my machine and it was much easier to move the wand around.Final note: I will be sore tomorrow I am sure, but my wife is happy I finally did it!

Must have a vest connected to it when you pull the trigger. When extend it to 24 feet became unmanageable when angled at anything other than 0° at the tip. Works just fine when no angle at tip. When at 10-15 feet angle tip if more manageable.16-24 feet is only good for straight up cleaning

Not 24’ like it says. If you extended it all the way to 24’ it would fall apart when used. It seems like a decent tool but I am worried the clamping joints for each extension will break. But we’ll see. They’re made from that cheap type of plastic that usually breaks. I’ve had many tools that had this plastic that broke really easily. I will update this review after a few uses
