This is raffel systems 4 button 5 pin hand control remote model HC R2B 02 replacement. The remote control the power recline and power headrest. It has 2x 5 pin male connectors(one primary and one secondary), if it is different, it cannot be replaced.

I was happy to find them, worked great at first…. Stopped working after a couple months…. Bought another one because it’s the only place I can find them…. Hopefully don’t have the same issue

Works perfect with my Southern Motion manufactured reclining sectional - made back in 2016... price was a bit steep but it is great having the exact matching remote.
