Purchased these for a 2003 Jeep TJ and they are a great addition. These are heavy duty and easy to install. If you have the inside window trim it can be a little harder. You can choose to drill a hole and slide them through or remove the trim. I think they look great and are in the perfect spot to assist lifting yourself into a lifted Jeep. The price is great and for a third of the price I paid for the ones in my YJ and have the same quality of build.

We had vinyl with lots of Velcro straps to help us get in and out of the Jeep since it is on 33s and has a lift kit on under it. At different times those vinyl straps (made for this purpose) broke while we were getting in to the Jeep while using the vinyl straps. That could have been a backbreaker had those straps broke at a certain time while getting in the Jeep while utilizing the vinyl straps. Decided to buy these metal contraptions.. by golly they work! Yeah I no longer have a fear of getting in and out of the Jeeps! These are easy to put on.. the grip is great.. and they function and look exactly what the description says

Decent enough product. Finish seems good. Hopefully it’s well applied and stays adhered. Welds are not the best with a bit of porosity and incomplete filler, but I can’t crack them yet. No instructions, which is ok on the early models, but the ‘03-‘06 will need a hole drilled in some trim in order to fit. Grips slide off with pulling. Some hairspray should help. Mounting holes are countersunk so a trip to the hardware store may be in order, but my factory bolts seem long enough for now and don’t fall into the countersink.

The item is stronger than I thought it would be put my entire weight on it to gen in my jeep and have had it for a few months and still very good and easy to install and looks way better than the straps they sell to get in the jeep 100% recommend

These are not like others I have tried. These are extremely sturdy and strong they do not flex or bend when I use them getting in or out of the Jeep!

These are great. Really helps getting in and out of jeep especially if yours is lifted like ours is. I rather have these which are sturdy than the flimsy soft roll bar handles.
