You had better know how this harness fits on. There are absolutely no instructions or videos online to show you. It's unlike any harness shown online and doesn't seem to be like the picture shown either. Looks like a total waste of money if you don't know how to wear it already.

Don’t buy it. Mine didn’t even come with all the parts, I should have known better. Cheap cheap crap. Wouldn’t even bite into a tree well. Buy an actual set of real climbing gear. This is junk.

This item is amazing for the price and quality of the harness and the spikes are decent also.i wish the straps for your legs were made a little better but for the price you can't beat them.
