I hung this tree‑of‑life sun catcher on the curtain rod above the sink, and by late morning little purple flecks dance across the countertops. The crystal strands feel weighty enough to catch every bit of light without tangling, and the tiny metal leaves give off a soft tink when the window’s open. It’s only about the length of my forearm, yet the rainbows reach clear to the opposite wall. A simple hook was all I needed, and now washing dishes comes with its own mini–light show. If you love a bit of sparkle and gentle chime, this piece brings both without fuss.

I got this to hang in my grandsons room window as they love rainbows. It is very heavy, the crystals seem well made and the kids love seeing the colors on the opposite wall. The tree of life is very nicely done.

Eh.. this was a bit disappointing. It arrived with all the "crystals" individually bagged as though they needed protecting, but I am not really sure why since they are not crystals. I can't even really consider this a suncatcher, because the "crystals" are plastic. There is no cool effect from the sun shining through the "crystals" to make rainbows, again, because they are plastic. The tree of life is clearly glued on. The surrounding evil eyes look really strange and almost menacing as they are all different shapes and sizes and looking in different directions.I planned to give this as a gift but changed my mind immediately when I saw it..

This is an attractive suncatcher. There are colored glass balls with plastic bead accents strung on silver chain of various lengths. I have mine on a lamp shade at the moment but will eventually move it to a window. I like looking at it. Thanks!

This is a nice sun catcher. However one of the decorative circles was glued on wrong. It was really stuck on there. I pryed it off with a knife and tried some glue to get it to stay. It's nice but I am disappointed in having to try to fix and repair it. Quality control?I didn't even open the package and you can see that the circle decorative piece is not in the right spot.

I had to untangle all of the chains since they were all loose during travel. One ball was unbagged but judging by the bubbles I think they are plastic anyway so I don't think they can get scratched that easily. They do have some weight to them so if they are plastic, it is not the lowest grade. The beads above them are.I did not realize that the details on the centerpiece were glued on evil eyes. That would not have bothered me, but these have all different sized pupils, the glue is visible, and they are placed unevenly. This makes the circle of eyeballs a bit unnerving. The tree decal is glued on so the back is exposed because there is a hole in the center. This is not a big deal. It makes in less attractive from the back and it could cause the tree decal to become dislodged more easily than if there was not a sizeable hole in the back. All in all, this looks far cheaper than I would have imagined. I would not have ordered it had I known. It is affordable, though, at $17. Kind of attractive from across the room.
