Glad I found this bellows. Our very old one had its bladder wear out. The new one is fine quality and does the job. No complaints.

Purchased one of these 6 years ago, and it held up extremely well. After that long with heavy use (New England winters, and our wood stove is our primary heat), some small cracks started to develop in the bellows material.Purchased another one of these to replace it, as a 6 year lifespan at this price point is an amazing value.Highly recommended.

You know what really gets my fire going? This bellows. Sick of blowing into a Smokey fire pit? Let this little guy do the work for you. Small and light. Could pack it away easily for a hike or camping

And that's why it gets 3 stars. It neither fails nor surpasses expectation. I have medium to large hands for a woman and I find this bellows to be on the small side. I feel like a clumsy oaf when using it and my lung power exerts more air at a time than this little guy. However, the bellows has far more stamina than my lungs (or rather my head as I get a little faint after a while). For small fires it will work fine (our chimney is maybe 8" in diameter, which I consider small). For a normal to large fireplace I'd look for something larger and with more air capacity. I've had it for 1 or 2 years and it's not showing signs of wear and tear so it does seem to be durable. The tip has been near the embers numerous times and no damage is showing so it does stand up to the heat.

La qualité du bois est moins bonne qu'espérer mais il travail merveilleusement bien. J'ai fini de m'époumonner pour garder mon feu en vie.

No more using a ceiling fan to get my Woodstove going. No more using my mouth. But alas I will miss using the fan and proclaiming “old Indian trick” as I do so. I also will miss the sarcasm of claiming I can really blow hard and good. Good enough to get ones fire burning. Maybe this wasn’t such a good idea? Either way it works well!! And is made well.

I was looking for a replacement for the "fanning cardboard" in order to get air in my fireplace for my fire. This tool provides precise control with the amount of air in the bellows much better that the fanning carboard which sometimes can put a fire out. The quality of the product is ok, if it were more expensive I would be more annoyed about it, but it serves a great value. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who is serious about campfires.

We've been using a woodstove to heat our house for nearly 6 yrs and my hubby said since day 1 we needed one of these. I'm a minimalist and said we didn't NEED one. He bought one anyway a few months ago before we started burning for this winter, and it's made a big difference! Hubby still manages to get ashes and little pieces/chunks of wood everywhere when he tends the fire, but it does make it easier for getting the fire started or started back up.

Love this thing. From sluggish fire to white hot raging inferno in less than a minute.I've used a wood stove to heat my home for over 20 years now, and sometimes a dampish piece of wood requires some coaxing to get really hot. I've risked facial scarring more than a few times to blow into the stove door to get the job done. This thing works perfect. I don't know why some reviewers say that the nozzle comes off, it looks well built and I've used this at least 15 times now with no worries. There is no reason it would fall off, unless they used it as a poker. Seriously, that is what a poker is for. This is not a poker, it is a kick-ass facial scarring avoidance tool.
