Basic adapter for mic stands, and very needed when people buy their own equipment and don't bother to ask anyone for help.Nice metal, feels good.Good color, doesn't easily scratch.And basically needed for your sound kit. Or if you're like me... you might need like... 10 of these sets.

I was using a similar style of adapter on one of my microphone stands, but one day it actually broke off and my light went crashing down and broke. Well, I decided to try these and they are perfect what what I needed. These seem much sturdier than what I had previously and allows me to mount my new light onto my mic stand perfectly. It's a simple adapter, but it works well.

Tormen-JPさんのマイクスタンド用アダプターのレビューです。5/8インチサイズのネジを、1/4インチや3/8インチのネジに変更する商品です。私の使用しているマイクアームの取付部は5/8インチですが、こちらの商品を利用するとスマホ用のマグネットマウント等がマイクアームで使用することが可能になります。単にマイクの取り付けネジのサイズが合わない場合もこちら、もしくはオスメス逆のタイプが必要になります。一つ持っておくと色々便利だと思います、おすすめします。

These were a lucky acquisition since it turned out I needed them today. I sometimes use a regular stage mic stand that comes with an offset boom as an overhead boom to hold a light camera over a desk, but I couldn't find my regular adapter to go from 5/8 to 1/4. So I got this just in time.The metal is very light weight, and doesn't feel especially strong. But it worked well enough to get me through my video session.

Last month I ordered one of these tubes from China- nice to see them also available on Amazon. I use them to lengthen my desktop mic stands that lack a built in height adjustment.The 3/8 to 5/8 adapter is included with most mic holders. But the 1/4 to 5/8 is less common, and allows you to convert a conventional desktop tripod to a mic stand.
