Very good high speed jet boat but it only Has 20 to25 minutes of play time great for my grandson I recommend it great for fishing

At the price point at which I purchased this boat ($69.99) it is just "meh", average at best. Now this boat is under $37 which makes MUCH more sense. This thing is a younger child's toy and nothing more. It's size is impressive, and everything looks good until you get it into the water. It does not handle well, and water does get into the hull despite gaskets (BIG NO NO with electronics in water...). Of note is that it was initially marketed as a brushless system as well which was untrue, I see now that the product description has been updated but as it stands, I am reviewing the product that initially was marketed to me at the price it was initially sold at.

I was in the market for a RC Boat that the Grandchildren could play with alongside my Rush Racing V-Hull. Like others, my Top Race RC Boat arrived with the Underpowered Brushed Motor. I am really surprised by just how slow this Jet Boat is. That said; I like the added safety of the Jet Drive offers to an open Prop for the Children.The Radio Controller is Full sized and has good range, Our Grandchildren are able to use it as intended with no issues. The Top Race RC Speed Boat does get a small amount of water on the inside, I haven't been able to locate the leak as the Hull Engine compartment isn't easily accessed.I gave the Top Race RC Remote Control Speed Boat a Full Four Stars, the Missing Star is for the total lack of power, this being our first RC Jet Sized Motorboat that may be normal behavior for Jet Drive Boats. I don't know. I will update this post if needed.

Description says that this is a brushless setup but it most definitely is not. Additionally, though the hull seems well sealed, its not. Water gets in very easily and causes problems. Finally the boat doesnt sit low enough in the water for the jet to do its job and it wastes most of its energy across the top of the water. This is definitely not worth the price.

I love RC jet boats, they are my favorite. Much cooler than prop boats IMHO. This one has great turning radius, but it's not the fastest boat. If it were, it would be really amazing. The quality is very good though, its well designed and constructed. The transmitter is fine but it is on the inexpensive side in terms of feel and plastic seams, etc. But it works just fine. Overall, if I can find a way to upgrade it and make it faster, I'll be super thrilled with it but its great fun as it is for younger kids.

This is a fun RC boat that’s a bit bigger than expected. I took it out once to the local park pond, and it ran great. The battery lasted around 30 minutes, which was enough for a solid session, and it’s surprisingly quick and responsive with the remote. The packaging was a nice bonus too—the included storage bag makes it easy to pack up and bring along. Overall, it’s a well-designed, high-speed boat that’s easy to control and fun to annoy anyone who's out fishing or feeding the ducks :)

This was our second attempt at an RC Boat. This one is very nice. It's well made and even has gaskets in the right places to prevent water intrusion. Charges fast and runs great. Great fun for the pool and our grandson loves it.
