It works okay, but just okay. As noted by others, the air pump hose is very short…unnecessarily short. It does pump up a flat tire, but it isn’t quick about it. Battery life is just so-so, and because of that, it probably won’t save you when your car battery is dead. The carrying/storage case is nice, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

So.. I tested out this unit hooking it to my almost new truck battery... did not try to turn the ignition over. Left it on the battery for approximately 2 minutes hearing a clicking noise click about every 3 seconds and when I took the unit off the battery it had drained the battery from full 4 lights to just 2 lights. I did not try starting the truck just with it attached to the battery it did this and remained at 2 bars when detached. I then took it to my lawn mower which I knew had a dead battery and tried jump starting it. The mower turned over but it was struggling. Turned the ignition over twice for two 3-4 seconds intervals. Battery now at 1 bar and it is flashing. Brought the unit inside and tried to pump up two flat soccer balls. On the first ball it would not stay on when trying to inflate the ball. This unit kept turning off, the battery is very weak and cannot withstand being hooked to a fully charged car battery, then trying twice to jump start a lawn mower for 2- 4 second intervals... and then it was cooked.I do not know what you could use this for, maybe an air pump for short intervals, but this thing does not have near enough power to jump start a truck I personally would not trust this for my " oh crap I need a jump or my tire is flat emergency."Looking at the unit it is very small in size, I show a picture compared to a smaller cell phone. This unit is just almost exactly the size of my Samsung S24 Ultra... Ultra is same height but a half inch smaller in width just for an idea. ...This would all be lovely if batteries this small had the capabilty to jump start cars! ..There just isn't enough room in this unit to put much of a battery, common sense could tell you that.Air hose is very short 6 inches in length. I had to hold it the whole time trying to inflate anything... big negative. Seems to inflate at a normal rate for small pumps like this when I could get it to inflate.I do not like how hard it is to read the display either. Buttons should have better identification, and screen needs to be much brighter, but feeling the weight of this unit you can understand... it just does not have enough power. There also is not an option to plug in and use this for a battery bank, no USB connections.THE POSITIVE: Comes with a nice case.DO NOT RELY ON THIS FOR EMERGENCIES!!

I found this little compressor/Jump start battery pack to be very easy to use for inflating tires. It comes with easy to understand instructions. It is quite easy to use the mode button to choose the pressure range needed as well as the preferred pressure units (bar vs psi). For example, I used it in the lower pressure range (basketball icon) and PSI units for inflating the tires of a garden cart that require only 15 psi. Setting the desired pressure is as simple as using the up and down arrows to set the pressure limit. What’s also great is that upon connecting to the valve stem, if it is not properly connected, the pump immediately stops instead of just running but not accomplishing anything. Once connected properly, it shows the current pressure on the display, and upon reaching the desired pressure, it automatically stops pumping. This is really important when inflating low pressure smaller tires, because it is very easy to over inflate them using a standard air compressor and it is potentially dangerous because the tire can explode under pressure. It happens so quickly with smaller tires, and they can be over inflated and explode before you even realize that you have exceeded their pressure limit. This happened to me once and fortunately I wasn’t injured, but the tire was destroyed. I next used it to inflate the tires on my side by side MUV, which I inflate to only 20 psi. Again, it achieved the desired pressure in just minutes (faster than most portable compressors) on all four tires of both the garden cart and the MUV and still had 75% charge remaining. I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by how well the device works. It would of course take longer to inflate a full sized car tire to 40 psi, but all portable compressors take a while, and in an emergency situation, you don’t need to inflate to the maximum pressure. You just need to get to 30 psi or less so that you can make it to a tire shop or service station. I haven’t had the opportunity yet to try the jump start mode. This will be very useful for the pool or beach for inflating things like air mattresses and other floats. I plan to keep this unit on my MUV during hunting season, when cold weather can result in tires being under inflated, and the nearest air compressor is 15 miles away. In the meantime, it will live in my wife’s car in case of need for an emergency inflator or jump start pack. It comes in a nice zip case that has room for all of the accessories that come with it, along with a USB charging cord.
