The litter box setup was easy, only reason im giving it such a low review is because the litter scooper broke almost immediately, which doesn't bode well for the litter box

Works great. Bigger than the tidy cat breeze system but works the same

Bought this one to save a lil money instead of buying another tidy breeze-pellet litter box- while this does do the same thing as the tidy breeze system- there are no pee pad inserts that fit for the bottom tray. it would be ideal to come out with an absorbent pad for this one because it in about and inch shorter and 2 inches wider than the standard cat tray pee pads. that is my only complaint

I use this litter box with pine pellets and absorbent pads in the tray. This completely eliminates all urine odour. It is so simple to clean. Coupled with a litter genie.I've finally found the #1 litter system.

It is awesome. Best investment yet for cats.

Pros:-Large size, we have two cats and are available to scoop often-Love the hole size in the sifter, really perfect for sawdust and losing any pellets-Tray makes it easy to clean-Looks low key and nice. The curved sides keep everything very contained.-Never smells like cat pee (but I attribute that to the pellet litter more than the box)Cons:-I would HIGHLY recommend pee pads. I buy the Amazon basics ones (because of the price). They don't fit perfectly but they do soak up 90% of the pee and I don't ever smell pee when using them (I didn't smell pee without them either however)-At some point I'm assuming I'll need to power wash this out to truly clean it since I have no way of seeing the insides...not sure how that will play out but I will try to update when I do that.

Pros: This pellet litter box is a lot better than the filtering litter box I had before this one (for clumping cat litter which didn’t work at all for pellet litter). The concept is good, it’s nice to be able to just move the pellets around to drop down the used powder to keep the litter more fresh, and just remove the poop (I use a litter genie along with it). The neutral gray color is nice to go with most bathrooms.Cons: The walls are definitely not high enough for my average sized adult cats which keep pooping right over the edge of the side walls! 🤦🏻♀️. It is open so you see everything of course. And pellets still get all over (I just simply pick them up throughout the day and toss them back in), and not just out in front. It’s low enough to climb out of from the sides too so they bring it out on their paws or kick out when covering their mess.I bought this one only bc the other one I was looking at (similar to this one, but walls slightly higher) wouldn’t be shipped for a long time. This one was next day so went with this one, but I guess I will have to deal with it until I can find a better designed one…. Don’t think they would allow a return for a new/used one, otherwise I would send back and get something else.

I used clumping litter and my kitty, ever being so diligent, kept kicking up litter over the high-walled litter box. I got very tired of having to keep vacuuming over and over again! And the darn litter weighed a ton (ok, so I’m exaggerating)! I’m disabled and needed to find a better way and I can’t afford those automatic litter boxes at $300+! I saw this pine pellet litter box. Boy am I happy I discovered this system!!!! Inexpensive, my cat took a few days to get accustomed to it, but it was a success! I pick up the poop, open the drawer and remove the liner and replace it. I’m soooooo much happier. Thank you Amazon for carrying such a great product!

I've been using pellet litter for a while and a "normal" litter box which because of how the pellets break down felt like I was going through more litter than necessary. How I did not look up a sifting litter box is beyond me. The pull out drawer is the critical element here that I would say is critical for ease of use, others you would have to dismantle the whole thing. with this I pull out and dump and scoop the poop.

I have a cat who is diabetic and I have switched him over to pine pellets because he was tracking clay litter all over the house. This is the second sifting litter box I have purchased and, while I prefer it over the first one, there are still some issues with it.1. Tray is an odd shape so no potty pads just fit. I have to use a potty pad because my cat urinated a LOT due to his condition. I have taken to buying the cheap big potty pads and cutting them down to fit the tray. It's a little craft project... and it's annoying. It's better than buying the expensive ones that are just a little too small because...2. The tray is really shallow. I've had to start emptying out the tray twice a day instead of once because he will urinate so much, even with a potty pad, that it will leak into the tray below. If you have a cat that is not diabetic, and you use pine pellets, this little box will be a dream. The sides are tall and curl a bit, so him getting urine outside of the box is way down. I currently have it in some cat furniture to hide it with a air purifier near by to help with any potential smell. If the tray area was just and little bit deeper and maye the litter box a little longer, this would easily be an amazing litter box for pine pellet users who have diabetic cats.
