To Store Phone Numbers for Speed Dial:
1.Pick up the handset, press STORE button and then enter the phone number you want to store.
2.Press STORE button again and then press one of the picture buttons for number location.
3.Replace the handset, when you have finished the above steps, this phone number will have been stored.
To Speed Dial from Stored Number
1.Pick up handset ( or press the SPEAKER button )
2.Press the correct memory location ( pictured buttons), then this telephone number will be dialed out automatically.
SOS One-touch Speed Dial for Immediate Help
The emergency call 911 or a family contact could be pre-stored in this button for a speed dial out when help is needed for our parents or grandparents. It is a red button that easy to locate, just pick up the phone and press this SOS button, the phone call is made.

Haven’t set it up yet, but nine photos for her to push the photo she wants to talk to bloody brilliantHer hands fingers all distorted with arthritus, this phone is great.I don’t know if it has it but a bright flashing led light with the ringtone for the hard of hearing would be the only plus if it hasn’t got it.Recomend this company for product and the next day delivery I ordered close to midnight delivered 5pm!!!

This phone was purchased for my Aunt who has dementia, who could no longer use her old phone. The ability to add photographs and pictures of the people she wanted to contact to big buttons, has enabled her to make phone calls again.

I ordered this for my 99 and 94 year old parents. I definitely needed the phone for them as soon as I could receive it. The phone had some kind of stain on the side, it looked like a Coke or something was spilled on it. I was able to wipe it off but then I noticed the back side of the pictures had names written on them. I was able to cut out new pieces of paper for the squares but I should not have had to do that. Even a cursory look at the phone before it was shipped should have been obvious that this was used and yet it was shipped anyway. I was visiting them from another state so I had to make the best of the situation because they needed the phone badly. Their dementia is only getting worse and I couldn't wait. All that said, the phone is working for them and it was easy to program.

I was so impressed with this phone. my elderly mother in law has dementia and recently started struggling with normal house phone and numbers. This is perfect, so easy for her to use, an absolute god send for her to call any of us if she needs to.

This phone has been life changing for my loved-one. He can now call us without frustration or anxiety about dialing the wrong number. The only issue is that there is no battery back-up, so the numbers are lost if the power goes out.

We bought these for our elderly auntie, who got in trouble because she kept dialing 911 when trying to call people (our area code is 916), and the police contacted her assisted living because of it. This phone was the perfect solution! She only has about 5 people that she calls (plus the assisted living front desk), and even she has raved about how well it works.

This product was advertised as being appropriate for elderly; however, documentation inside the box says "It is recommended that this product is not used near intensive care medical equipment or by persons with pacemakers." rendering the product unusable for my application. This warning is not included on the outside of the box or the Amazon description. I feel like this was a gross misrepresentation of the product.

I liked the feature to add pictures of people to dial numbers for and all she has to do is pick up the receiver and push the desired picture.I bought 2 phones, one for the living room and one for her bedroom and made the pictures the same on both.Things I do not like are that the phone is so light and supplied cord is so short (2 foot coiled length) that she pulls the phone off the desk when she picks up the receiver. I purchased 25 foot (4 foot coiled length) cords to solve this problem.The other thing I do not like is that the phone basically comes for a wall mount with no table mount bracket. For table mounting the back needs to be elevated about 3 inches to see the pictures better and dial the phone easier when she is sitting in her chair. I had to make a 3 inch high triangular stand for the back of the phone to make the phone at an angle she could see the pictures better and dial easier.The instructions need to make it clear what size to print and/or cut the pictures to make them fit under the plastic tabs. I had to experiment to find the right size to make the pictures and keep trimming them until they fit under the plastic tabs.The phone needs to be redesigned to add these features.

I liked the big buttons to use for programmed numbers. The unit was defected and would only let me program 1 number.
