I don't actually use these for tea. I use them to make wickless wax melts in a cup. You put them under a lamp warmer, and the wax melts, and the cup is there for it to look pretty. They work great for this. The cup is sturdy, and it has a lovely design. These would make a great gift for anyone young or old who enjoys fancy teas (or candles!)

I like the size and feel of these cups. They are dainty but substantial. The colors and patterns are just as pictured. So glad I went with the 8 oz out of everything offered. Anything smaller would not have been acceptable.

These are so gorgeous. I'm really impressed at the quality, especially considering the reasonable price.The cups and saucers are delicate and beautifully painted/glazed. The spoons are adorable.These are a very typical size for china teacups. Neither too small nor too large. My grandmother used to collect teacups, and she would have loved these.I like that they have an Asian quality to the artwork, but they could also be of English or European origin as well.My only (small) complaint is that the bottoms of the teacups are a tad rough. They don't feel like they got sanded or finished completely. But that doesn't affect the appearance at all. Beautiful tea set of 8. Everything was included with the set as described in listing. Cups are not as sturdy like I wanted. They are just a tad bit lightweight for my liking. Very well packaged. No damage to cups or saucers.

I am giving this set of tea cups and saucers a four star rating despite the fact that I love them, due to some imperfections. There are a couple of cups that have some indentations on the handles that are pretty noticeable. There are also some on the rims of the cups and saucers. Some of the cups also have some flaws at the base on the gold area. This may not be the case for each set.As someone that drinks a lot of tea, I am always looking for tea sets. I was drawn to these due to the lovely bright colors and unique designs. In addition to using them for serving, they also look great on display in my china cabinet. I love that each cup and saucer has its own color. I put them in the dishwasher since the description said it was safe to do so. They handled that process without any issues. Overall, I am happy with this set.

This is a beautiful set which came very well packed. I'll be mixing this set with some antique white cups and saucers of the same size with a similar gold trim.

Holy Smokes! Much nicer than I thought.I ordered these tea cups for a shower gift. The listing pictures don’t do these justice.Save for the spoons, which I’m not a fan of…(they’re a little much with the color) each cup is exceptional. The size is great for both tea and a cup of coffee. The quality is fantastic and the colors are beautiful. each cup and saucer are a set, so there’s eight “sets” of cups and saucers all all with different colors. Same design just different colors. The shades of the colors are rich and vivid, every one is more beautiful than the next.My niece is getting these and some other items for her bridal shower. I set out to find unique items for her. She’s not the bridal registry type with anything they they encompass.She lives in Manhattan and these will match her esthetic beautifully, which is sort of fancy(rich$) with a touch of boho (that’s what I’m calling them anyway). She has a beautiful townhome in SOHO and everything is beautiful and unique and I know her so well….these will be a hit!Yes, yes, I recommend these. 100%.They were packed very nicely with each cup and each saucer in that foam with cutouts…. But then they were in brown cardboard box. I am taking them out and putting them in a different one. I’ve ordered a beautiful box that I’m going to put them in with tissue, etc. for a nice presentation.These are very giftable, but if you want something that’s already in a retail ready box this one doesn’t come with one.My pictures also don’t do the colors justice. They look sorta “flat” in these pics…(and the listing pic), but they’re not.
