Returning my item. Time is very flimsy. The stand came broken in 2 spots, and came in the wrong color. Chalkboard pieces had chunks missing all along the outside of it and one of the boards were broken. Even if this item came in perfect condition I would likely return it bc of how flimsy it is.

All the good things posted about this sign board are true, except the waterproof part. There was a storm in the other day and the sign was left outside during buisness hours. The next day when we tried to flip the sign's face in the following afternoon the face began to warp and disintergrate because it was still soggy from the rain. The hinges on the sign rusted over the next two days after.If you intend to keep this outside you should keep the hinges oiled, and maybe seal the top of the sign somehow.We use chalk markers at the shop for our signs, but the shop owner's young daughter tried to use sidewalk chalk on one side but was disappointed it didn't work well.

One of the larger boards I found. The best part each side is double sided so you can get 4 signs out of this. I had someone put a permanent sign on so I am not sure how well it cleans.

I was looking for something affordable for a festival. These fit nicely in the budget and are sharp-looking. With the chalkboard panels sliding out, I'm planning to print large low-tack stickers for one side and leave the back side for chalk use. The two-sided feature is great for rotating messaging. The soft curved top also give it a little style unlike many of the others I looked at.

I love this sign. I travel to different businesses and put this out when I’m there. It is exactly what I wanted. I have had it outside on a extra windy day and it held up perfectly! Also I used chalk markers and it looks so nice however I have not had to clean it yet.
