I bought this trip wire for some extra security while camping out in the woods, and I gotta say it’s totally worth it. It’s pretty easy to set up, and gave me some extra peace of mind. The build quality is solid, and it blends right into the enviroment (basically invisible at night).Used it around my tent and gear during a 3-day trip, and it worked like a charm (very loud too). Purchased other products like it that were total garbage, but this thing is legit. Would definitely recommend to anyone who camps, hikes, or just wants a bit more preparation in the outdoors.

Very loud but only one alarm sound is available instead of the two advertised, if there is a way to switch them it is not in the instructions. My main complaint is that there is no way to arm, disarm, or recharge it without unscrewing it from whatever you have attached it to, as you can imagine this would be a serious issue in the field. Ignoring the design and false advertising issues though it does work, very well. It is very loud and simple to use (in theory, see above). The size is just about right, but as I said the controls need to be moved to either the side or the front. Decent value for the money but again, you get what you pay for in terms of the clunky control placement.

Easy to set up and easy to use. If you can screw in 4 small screws with a screwdriver you can set this up. Scares away pesky deer from eating my plants and bird food at night. Also keeps away unwanted door to door salesmen.
