This is good for training and larping not a serious unit in my opinion. It does work. The IR strobe is visible under nods. I used a PVS14 and it worked well and is not visable to the naked eye unless you change modes. I have concerns with the durability of the unit and is why I say it's good for training or just larping. Looks like a legit unit so as mentioned larping is great.

Seems very well made, almost exactly like the real thing, just 15th the price. The cr123 went in snuggly, the battery door closed with an o ring to seal out water. The switches are a bit stiff, but that's ok since you don't want it turning on when it's not supposed to. The lights are very bright. I ended up blinding myself with the white strobe. This will definitely let you be seen in low and no light, and probably even daylight.
