This solved my Bosch washer code E13 that is failure to drain. It was a major job to install with two problem areas. The gray drain hose that must be inserted in the top of the pump was incredibly hard to get into the opening until the two tabs on the side snapped into the slots. The second problem area was the electrical plug into the back of the pump motor. The original was set for a side insertion with keyed tabs. This unit was oriented upside down from that so that the plug was a real pain to get connected plus the wires were almost too short as a result. There are several good videos on YouTube about how to do this but they make it look too easy compared to the actual job but I hung in there and am pleased the washer is working great.

Easy to use and install. Good quality pump. Durable, I replaced this over a year ago and have not have the problem with it since. Great value for its money. Great performance very little noise.I worked for appliance repair guy for a while. To me this is the same quality as ome at a much more affordable price. Completely satisfied with his purchase and would consider it again if I ever needed one

Perfect fit on my 16 yo washer. Was able to swap it through the round access hole in front cover. Push motor toward rear to free it from the bottom plate. Tgen it’s easier to get hoses off. The larger spring clamp is a real pain to work with so I changed it out to a screw type hose clamp. I used lots of silicone plumbing lube to get smaller hose to slide in. Pretty easy repair. Took about a hour.

Great pump for a great price. I found it easy to replace with the following learned items:1. Tools needed are pliers, T20 torx, 13 mm socket with universal, and 13 mm wrench (ratcheting wrench works well).2. If your machine is old, replace the 2 stabilizing shocks at the same time you have the back open. My machine spins SO MUCH quieter. It is advisable to remove the shock on the pump side anyway to get the pump and discharge hose out the back (see #3).3. Remove the discharge hose as an integral part of the pump and then swap it out onto the new pump outside the machine to make sure the tabs on the hose lock into the new pump. Reinstall as an integral unit and re route the hose back up to the upper back panel on the machine. I disconnected the hose from the back of the machine and then pryed the two tabs to pop "in" the white hose connection that penetrates the upper panel. This leaves one connection un tampered with.4. The hardest part of this job is getting the sump hose reconnected to the new pump as the spring style hose clamp is precarious to reinstall with pliers inside the machine.

Easy install for my washer. I used Silicone Lube on the discharge connector. No need to cut a hole in the side of the washer as per some youtube videos. Time will tell if this product was worth it.

Elle a remplacé la pompe défecteuse par la nouvelle. Juste un trouble pour la hose de sortie qie est très dur a ce que ça clip comme il faut. j'ai mis des tye-rap pour qu'elle reste en place.

As noted in other post, the outlet is extremely tight. I damaged the drain hose trying to insert it into the outlet port. I should have lubed the outlet port before trying to install the drain hose. with that said the pump works great.
