This is my second pair of these and I first purchased them because I get a pretty severe rash on my legs when I ride in super hot weather. They work! Not sure what all the reasons are people need/wear these but they work for me. I bought the large (I'm about 5'9" and 160) and wish they were a bit bigger but they work.

This is my second pair of Sugoi Leg Coolers, and they have improved the elastic at the cuff - so they stay in place better. Works better than any sunscreen to block the sun, and you do feel cooler, especially when riding on your bike and the breeze is going by. These are a must here in southern Arizona.
