Installation Steps
- Using Teflon tape to wrap around male pipe thread adapters of Fixed shower arm(shower arm not included);
- Screw the 3-way water diverter to the shower arm(notice the direction);
- Using Teflon tape to wrap around, and screwing the square shower head to the 3-way water diverter;
- Screw the stainless steel hose to the 3-way water diverter;
- The other side of hose connect the washer →water flow regulator→handheld shower head;
- Adhere the shower head mount in proper position(Make the walls clean and dry before press the hook. ), Recommended for hunging up the handheld shower head after 24 hours.

- Recently we received some feedback from customers saying that the shower bracket is not suitable.
- Because you installed the hose backwards. Unscrew the hose and flip it around and the other end will fit in it.

This was the second time I bought this shower head (I left the first one at my old apartment) and I would purchase this over and over and over again. It's sturdy, well-made, and easy to install. I love that you can adjust where you place the removable showerhead (as someone who is short, it's nice to be able to put it lower). The water pressure is AMAZING, and that alone is a selling point for me. 10/10, LOVE this product.

I’m using it for a few months, and it improves shivering every day so much. I lived in an apartment with a standard shower head in the bath, and it got so much more comfortable to take a shower with this head. Additionally, it makes cleaning much easier thanks to the hose. I don't understand how people live without it.We moved to another apartment, and I remembered how bad it was to shower with the standard shower head. You just need to buy it and feel the difference.It's easy to install, but it was hard for me to install it without having some leakage, but you might handle it better by asking a professional to help with it. Also, you might need to buy some additional sealant tape.Out of cons, if you need to remove the hose holder, because of moving, for example, you can’t reuse the holder anymore. I had to purchase a new holder, and I feel bad cause of environmental reasons that I just dispose of the original holder through it was in a great condition, but it is impossible to remove it from the tile without damaging the holder.

I previously had a shower head in my HOME that was ALSO the handheld, so my reaction to this new shower head replacement might be a bit over the top. Anyway, this rain-style head gives great coverage and comfort, when the hot water is steaming over your entire body, not just the back or front. The pipe for my shower is probably at about 6’5”, which is OK if you’re shorter, like me (6’2”) but I have a neighbor who’s 6’5” and it sucks for him. They redid the 1950s-era CABIN we bought and the water pipe comes out straight overhead at 6’7”, which should cover most situations.And although that’s where I got the idea of getting this head, I may have to get another as a replacement for the cabin, especially at this price!And the improvement in water pressure isn’t just a case of, “I think it’s stronger, don’t you?”It IS stronger. The handheld added another third of the water pressure in my estimation, while the RAIN-SHOWER head did just that; a nice, even, increased flow, while giving more coverage to the body. It seems reasonably well built, for a piece of plumbing, which I am NO JUDGE OF. Full disclosure: my wife is the handyman in our family. Not that I couldn’t put on a shower head. But I do have bad hands and she knows it, so she had the head up before I even knew she started it.Overall impression: outstanding buy with great bang for your buck!
