JL/JT Dead Pedal
The dead pedal is constructed from anti rust 1/8” stainless steel, has rubber no slip grip points for additional traction, and requires no drilling or modifications for a quick and easy installation.
The pedal’s built in hinge allows for the pedal to be lifted up when cleaning the interior or when removing or installing floor mats.

Position For Your Comfort
The MetalCloak Dead Pedal may be adjusted in nine different positions to provide the best angle and comfort for your foot when on the road or trail to help remove leg fatigue.

Received a call from Metalcloak to let me know it was shipped - nice and pretty rare these days. Easy install, very solid construction and perfect size. Did not want anything flimsy hanging around the brake pedal. Made in the USA, reasonably priced. Very happy with the purchase.

I needed a dead pedal for my Gladiator and like American made products. This fit both needs. This is probably the strongest part of the truck now so no complaints. Super simple to install and adjust. Metalcloak is a great company to work with!

It states a 13mm socket but if yr 6ft tall trying to squeeze down there with a socket and adapter it can be hard to apply enough force. I found out a 13mm wrench works better, apply at highest angle and a good push gets it done. Overall very good quality and heavy duty. It fits perfectly so that floor mat fits underneath it when cleaning vehicle out. A two piece assembly makes it super slick in appearance.

This thing is amazing. I like to buy things that will last a long time and this item fits the bill. Directions were simple with no modifications required to install. It fits perfect and has three options for adjustment. The shipping was super fast and the phone call to provide an update and thank me for my purchase was a great touch. Yes it might cost a little more than some alternatives but you get what you pay for. The ability to lift the item up while installing mats or cleaning floors is one of those features you didn’t know you needed until you see it.

Not my first metalcloak product and won't be my last. Much respect for the phone call prior to shipment.Pedal is BEEFY. love it. The antirotation feature built into the mount is a real smart move. Install was quick and easy. The grommets in the pedal are a real nice touch and work surprisingly well.One key factor to this pedal that really sets it apart from other options, for me at least, is the width of the pedal. This thing ain't skinny. I've got a lot of real estate to plant my foot on it at different angles and still feel supported.Very happy with it, thanks!

Installed this in my gladiator before a 2400 xcountry trip. Made the drive so much nicer. Super adjustable for comfort and like all metalcloak kit solid as a rock. Very well made and takes 10 min to install. Love it
