These changed the game for me. No more bruises, soreness, or discomfort during my newfound love of the spin class. These are great! I will buy them again, but in a larger size. I highly recommend sizing up at least one size from what you are normally. I am typically a medium and they feel more like extra small. Muffin top, weird seams on the butt cutting in, not cute but getting the job done.

These were advertised as Briefs, more like hipsters. They work with additional bike shorts with padding. Wear a total of 7D cushioning.

I like the fit. I am 5’2” tall and 118 pounds.They could have a bit more padding.I would buy them again and recommend them.I bicycle to work about 20 miles per day.

My husband and I are avid bike riders, but are getting mature and losing our natural padding in the seat area. My bike shorts alone weren't doing it for our 12 mile daily ride. I read a review to try these as actual "underwear" under my already padded bike shorts. That was perfect!!! My butt and lady parts didn't hurt AT ALL after an hour. Sizing was tricky. I normally wear a size 6 and am considered a small or extra small in most of my American clothes. I have a 38 inch hips and 28 inch waist, which doesn't exist on their odd size chart. I picked a large and it fits quite comfortably.

After much searching for this type of undies, I took a chance and ordered these. Hubby teased me about wearing my “depends” due to the padded crotch—and I was not sure I would like them. But doubts quickly turned to relief because these little undies REALLY did the job in a big way.I no longer had the usual sore butt-bones! The full padding protected my lady parts from painful pressure while riding my bike. The concern for awkward bulkiness Disappeared and I forgot i was wearing them!First time EVER and WHAT A RELIEF!!!Will definitely recommend the fit, comfort and satisfaction with these biking undies. Sure wish I’d had these years ago❣️

actually using this to control a hernia in my groin area and it works wonderfully. For cycling it is very comfortable and good quality.
