Cumplen con su función perfectamente haciendo que sea más esfuerzo nadar con ellas. Son ligeras, y del tamaño de la mano, no tipo pala como las otras. Ya llevo con ellas tiempo y no las cambio por ninguna de los otros modelos.La cinta de silicona del dedo es ajustable, pero también se puede nadar sin ella puesto que se acoplan a la mano perfectamente.

Now for me, with arthritic hands, this is really not a good choice for swimming laps as compared to the glove (soft) style. The curved "wings" that you fit around your hand is uncomfortable for me, even as I adjusted the rubber tubing that you slip a finger into so they stay on as you work out.I'm using these rarely, mainly because of that pressure on the spots that are inflamed by my arthritis.They are sturdy though. Much more helpful design than the types of flat hard paddles when I was competing decades ago.

Fins are perfect design,color,model,e.t.c but really a problem to use them for the silicon string arround you hands they continuous loose the grip slips very easy and wont hold they even get full loose i can use them if the string are replace by velcro elastic straps

These Speedo power paddle design is tottaly different as the most cummon power paddle you could find at the sports device markets, at the same time you feel the strenght in your arm and chest you also perceive how the divice slide into the wáter helping you to avoid drag and unwanted waste of energy. The power paddle pack comes with two aditional straps which you could try in order to change the way you cooud handling the paddles.
