I bought this for my 7 year old. She has had other speedo bikinis and when I saw this one, I had to get it. The dolphins are upside down on hers but she didn't notice. The fabric on the butt is very worn even after only a couple times wearing it.

For starters- My daughter is 6, weighs 43 pounds, and usually wears a 6-6X. I got this suit based on the size chart provided and I ordered a size 7. I really wanted to love this suit. It seems like something is way off with their sizing, though. The top is too large and the bottom too small. The bottoms do have rubbery stuff near the backs of the legs and this keeps them from riding up all the time. Overall, I love the pattern, hate the sizing. If you have a kid who is more broad through the shoulders/chest, and small on bottom, this may work for you... otherwise, don't waste your time and money.

For some reason the top was wayyy too small, approximately two sizes too small. I checked the tag but it said it was the correct size. I ordered another similar speedo and the sizes were correct.

I like a 2 pc for my daughter as she is tall and skinny and a 1 pc that is long enough will gap on her butt and chest. Nice bright colors, stays in place.
