I’m not a gamer, but my great granddaughter loves playing on her DS2. She had this game on her birthday wish list. I discovered that it’s been discontinued, and any (even used) games are very expensive. Then I found this one; read the reviews, which were positive; and took a chance and got it for her. Her face lit up when she opened the card and found the game, and she texted me later to say that it works great and she’s thrilled. The look on her face when she received it and the reliable performance when she played it make this a wonderfully positive purchase!

Soul Silver works perfectly. Crashed once at the game corner, but has been working flawlessly otherwise. Can even trade with other games.

I got both games heartgold and soulsilver. I started playing heartgold and after 30 plus hours of playing, the screen goes black whenever I try to play again. Most likely will be the same for soulsilver.
