Five sprouting pods in a compact design. The light is telescopic for different size plants and can easily be adjusted as they grow. Max height 16" to top. Seeds not included. I am trying some regular seeds out and if they don't work I will buy the ones made for these planters. Takes up little space. Makes a nice gift.

I have had the item for 10 days now, and have used this to germinate green and yellow squash seeds quickly. Of the four, two of each variety, I have had all four quickly sprout roots using the third light option, which encourages root and stem growth. The LED light growing system does seem to germinate the seeds a bit more quickly than the traditional methods - recently we've been having a bit of very wet and cold weather, so gardening plans were set aside. With this system, I was still able to get some seedlings going and save a bit of money as opposed to spending more and buying established plants at the store. Once the plants have started to germinate, I transplant them to a larger traditional seedling pot and still keep them near the light to grow stronger, until I have time to plant them properly.I will continue to use the system to germinate more flower varieties.The expanding height on the light will come in handy when the plants grow taller. The build quality seems quite strong for this, as the height adjustment is manual, so recommend starting the light a bit higher, as raising it while water is in the tank could be cumbersome.There is also a tiny 'pump' that is included with the system, however I have not used it, as the growing vials touch the water, if left at least half full of water.Also included is a two-part plant food solution, but I also have not used this.The size of this growing system compared to some others I have seen on the market is much easier to accommodate. I have it set up on our kitchen island, and still have room to maneuver around it for daily tasks with ease.

Indoor hydroponics I enjoy having fresh herbs in my house because I love cooking with them and I am tired of always going to the store and having to buy them now I can just grow them at home it is very easy to use it’s light weight and doesn’t take up a lot of space in the countertop you can adjust the light on the top so as the plants grow you can move the lights up I had it for a few weeks and I have now have some little spikes of seeds coming thru I can’t wait to have fresh herbs soon I love it

Very good product, the system is fairly simple to learn and use, the instructions lack detail and can be confusing. It was easy to learn, so after my first crop I'm ready to start my second, and now my lettuce and spinach are growing much easier. Of course, nothing beats the sun, so the flavor isn't as rich as my outdoor garden, but it's better and fresher than store-bought lettuce, and I can eat it all year round

I bought this for a friend who likes plants. She likes it very much. She often sends me photos. She grows a lot of things. The lettuce is growing well. The fertilizer he uses is different from the one in the package. Supplies such as shading stickers are in short supply, so you may need to order extra. Overall, it's great.

Really excited about this. My husband has been wanting a hydroponic garden set up for herbs. This is the perfect size for accomplishing it. Very small footprint, which will be perfect for use in the kitchen. Looking forward to having fresh herbs on demand!
