It is exactly as described. At night it really does reflect the butterflies on the ground.

I love the idea of this lantern. I was expecting the image to project more. You will need a very dark, small space for this lantern to dazzle. As mentioned, I love the look and idea just needs to function better by adding projection of the image.

Bigger, heavier, and higher quality than I expected. This hummingbird solar lamp looks great hanging in my peach tree, but also works well sitting on a table. I even hung it up in my greenhouse just for fun. It's been raining hard all day. No sun at all. I hung up the light around 2pm. Sun set at 8pm. Check out the pics to see how gorgeous the light patterns are! Great performance and excellent charging! The copper looks nice hanging around my yard in the daytime too. I think this would work really well in small spaces like apartment balconies too. I haven't tried it, but I think you could use it in a sunny window for a night light. (I've done that with other solar lights.)I definitely recommend these lamps and will probably get some more.

Isn’t this stunning? I love hummingbirds, and I am also very fond of unusual solar lighting. This lantern is splendid, and is just what I wanted. It gives off such dazzling light and beautiful lighted images on the ground. It is lightweight; therefore, it might be wise to secure it with a rock inside or double stick tape on the bottom, for windy days. If I can find hanging hoops, then I will put this lantern and another one on the hooks. Whether it be suspended in the air via a hook or on the ground, it will be awesome. It is well-made, and would make a lovely gift for someone that loves solar lighting. I know it is definitely waterproof because we have had quite a bit of rain where I live. My lantern wasn’t fazed by the dampness at all. It made of metal (not sure what kind), and has a copper finish. It would make a spectacular view by a front door, over a cluster of blooms in a pot or growing in the ground. It would also be interesting just sitting on the front porch, on a deck or on a patio. Not only is it a thing of nighttime beauty, it can also function as a safety light near a door or step.

This lantern adds a warm and peaceful feel to the garden once the sun sets. The light it casts is gentle and decorative, and the metal design looks charming even in daylight. It’s simple to set up—just let it soak up the sun—and it reliably comes on each night without any fuss. I wasn’t expecting it to look this good, honestly. A nice surprise and a great little gift option too.

This was a gift for my mother-in-law and wow, does she love it. They immediately used a grow light to charge it and then took it into the bathroom. The moment they set it down and saw the light splash out on the walls and the floor they were wowed by how amazing it looked. This is by far one of the best gifts we have gotten her.

The TAPTIM Hummingbird Solar Lantern is a beautiful and eye-catching addition to any outdoor space. At nearly 7" tall and 5" wide, its size makes it stand out in the garden. The bronze coloring is warm and elegant, and the filigree cutouts are simply lovely—casting delicate patterns of flowers and hummingbirds at night. While the light projections aren't quite as bold as those in the promotional images, they're still clearly visible and add a whimsical touch. I chose to place mine on the ground next to some flowers rather than hang it, and it looks magical once the sun goes down. It comes ready to use with a solar charging AA battery included. This lantern would be perfect for weddings, garden parties, or as a thoughtful gift for nature lovers. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to add a gentle, decorative glow to their outdoor space.

Who knew such a simple concept could be so delightful? After half a day of charging, this hummingbird cut out solar lamp, made a delightful pattern across the table in the backyard. You can absolutely see the hummingbird design projected on the table. It was clear as anything, and the light was bright as a regular incandescent bulb. It’s been charging from the sun every day since then, and each night, the same thing happens. I don’t know how long this solar lamp will keep a charge like that. Sometimes they do run out overtime. But right now, I’m enjoying this hummingbird solar lamp immensely. Highly recommend something decorative like this for the garden.
