What is not to like? I've seen some reviews saying the exterior paint job looks questionable. I don't think so at all. It think this is a beautiful solar lantern that looks great in my garden. The hummingbird design is stunning when lit up at night. Provides a warm glow for a few feet in every direction. Feels like good quality. I had it in a spot where it wasn't getting enough sun. Once I moved it - it lights up for hours. Perfect summer nights in the yard!

Tucked a pair of these near the back fence and didn't think much of it till the first night they kicked in. The light they cast is warmer than I expected, quite calming actually. I prefer the amber tone, especially around dusk—it gives the garden a calm, lived-in feeling. Hung one from a low branch and placed the other on a stone by the path. Despite some strong winds and a bit of rain, they’ve held up well without any fuss. I haven’t had to touch them since putting them out, which is always a plus. After a few evenings, they’ve settled into the space like they’ve been there all along. Reliable and unobtrusive, which is exactly what I want from this sort of thing.

Survived a couple of heavy rain days without needing to be brought in. Hung them up on a low branch and they’ve stayed put without issue. Gives off a soft glow that’s not too harsh but still bright enough to be noticed. Charged up fine during the day and kept running for hours after dark. I like that it doesn't look out of place even when it's off during the day. Took only a minute to set up—no fuss, no cables, no drilling. They add a bit of charm without drawing too much attention to themselves. Haven’t had to adjust or move them since the first time I put them up. Works exactly how I hoped.

Great pair of outdoor lights. Easy to put together and charge well. Provide a really good light effect that can be hung up or stood on a surface as both the bottom and sides are perforated with various patterns of birds, flowers, etc. Can also be switched between ‘yellow’ and white light although when I ordered these I thought it was one or the other so both is a bonus. Really good looks and would look great in any garden.

These are nice cooper effect solar lanterns and I have hung them from my tree.They do require slight assembly upon delivery but you don't need any tools and everything just slots and pushes together.You can choose between a warm white light or a cool white light and either looks nice.They automatically come on at dusk and create a nice light effect.I do think that they are a little pricey for what they are, hence the four start rating.

This is such a cute little lantern! It gives off a warm, cozy glow. At night, it projects beautiful hummingbird shapes on the ground—so pretty! It adds a lovely touch to my garden, but honestly, it looks great anywhere in my yard.I turned it on during the day to make sure it got a full charge, and the light lasted at least 8 hours—plenty long enough (I’m asleep after that anyway!). The design is gorgeous too; the metal has an antique copper look that’s really pretty in the daylight. It’s already survived being sprayed with the hose, so it's clearly made to handle the outdoors.No cords, no fuss—just solar-powered and easy to use. A fun and beautiful addition to the yard!

Hard to fault anything here. They’ve been hanging outside for weeks through wind, rain, and the odd hail shower and still look exactly the same. I use both light settings depending on the area, and each creates a very different atmosphere without being too harsh or too dim. The bird detailing gives a warm touch that works particularly well at night. What’s nice is that they aren’t overly bright but still clearly visible from a distance, which gives the garden a bit of character after dark. I move them around occasionally to break up the space a bit, and they’re easy to place just about anywhere.

This lantern is absolutely stunning at night. We have it on our screened in patio, and it creates the most beautiful glow with delicate floral and hummingbird patterns reflected all around. It’s even prettier in person than in the photos.As someone who adores hummingbirds, this design couldn’t be more perfect. The detail is crisp, the light is soft and warm, and it turns on automatically after charging in the sun all day. I can't help but love this little lantern, it's a welcome addition as a centerpiece on my windowsill. It's easy to pop the top off and set the color temperature of my liking (amber, or white) and it automatically turns on when it's dark. I prefer the warmer amber light, it looks lovely paired with the bronze metal. I left it in the windowsill to charge up in the sunlight for the day, and once night fell, it was happily lit up! I couldn't watch it all night but it stayed on for several hours while I was awake, and was still on later in the night. The brightness is definitely more pronounced the darker it is, so it's more a decorative than functional light. I'd love to get several more and decorate my balcony with them.

For what it's worth, I have 5 variations of these solar lamps and this one is my least favorite. The finish paint on the outside of the metal is simply lacking. The paint is a flat red/brown that is rather dull. It will not stand out or pop amongst your garden or walkway as much as those finished in a metallic bronze or gold paint.This lantern does have a dual light function where you can choose between bright white or warm white. Considering I'll only use this for ambiance, I'll probably never use the brighter, cool white mode.

The lantern when illuminated is very attractive. Mine is in a location where it receives direct sunlight in the morning, but is shaded in the afternoon. I’ve had it about a week and it has reliably come on each night. A couple of nights ago I was outside until almost midnight, and it remained illuminated the entire time I was outside. It is attractive, either in the white or amber light mode I give it five stars for its appearance at night.The reason I gave it an overall rating of four stars is because the finishing could be better. The sides of the lantern and its handle are painted with a black and copper streaked finish that looks fine, but the bottom does not match the rest of the lantern. It is painted a brassy metallic yellow color. Also the lantern had to be assembled and it was a little bit challenging to get the rubber pins that attach the bottom installed. I did manage to get it done, but it wasn’t quite as easy as I would’ve liked it to be. The instructions were very tiny so I could not see whether the bottom should be installed flat or concave. I initially thought I should install the bottom so that it was flat. However, I was unable to insert the fasteners with the bottom flat so I flipped it so that it was concave. It was then much easier to insert the rubber plug fasteners with the bottom concave.Because I have my lantern sitting on the sidewalk so that the bottom is not visible, I would consider getting more of these lanterns if I could find them with a discount applied or in a bundle deal for slightly cheaper per lantern price. (The stated price for this lantern was $23.99)

This lantern is really pretty! Ot adds a nice touch to your backyard space and provides an extra light source if you need it. You have a choice between an amber light or bright white. For decorative purposes, I prefer thr amber option. When it isn't lit, it is still quite pretty, with copper hues and thr decorative cutouts. You can either hang it or set it on a surface as I did. The top piece with the solar panel in it is easy to remove turn on and select your light setting and then replace. The light has lasted throughout the night, so the charge is excellent. I also feel this is a great price, I have seen similar lanterns at home goods stores for twice the price. I am super happy with this item!
