Offers a choice of three buttons.
Install
Button installation
- Install the buttons and accessories directly into the standard sink hole. Button mounting portion of the length of 2.68 inches.
- In the order shown, Button--Sink Top/Counter Top--Rubber Gasket--Metal Gasket--Screw Nut.
- Tighten the plastic nut to ensure a seal.
Tips: Drill a hole with diameter not narrower than 1-3/8inches. Countertop or Sinktop not thicker than 2.50 inches.
Air Tube installation
- Pass the air tube through the nut.
- Then connect the nozzle of the air tube to the protrusion.
- Push in forward.
General diagram
- Install air switch button on sink top.
- Use air tube to connect air switch button and power module.
- Connect the power cord of the garbage disposal to the power module.
- Connect the power cord of the air switch set to the wall socket.
Tips: Gently press the air switch button to start the garbage disposal, press again to turn it off.

I replaced an Insinkerator button with this. I really only wanted the button, and I wish SinKingdom sold it separate of the controller. I kept the control module for the Insinkerator as I didn't want to bother replacing it. The materials and design of this button are in an entirely different league. Insinkerator makes all metal buttons that can be purchased separately, but at pretty ridiculous prices.Another reviewer mentioned the easier operation of this button compared to one that sits flush. I much prefer both the look and the function of this unit as well. The metal construction feels substantial and high quality and matches my sink fixtures really well; entirely different from plastic variants.Installation was a simple swap with the button I already had. If your disposal is connected to an outlet with a standard plug, installing the under-sink controller is fairly trivial and shouldn't take long. If it's hard wired or otherwise connected by different means, you're in for a lot more work and cost.

This air switch is amazing. I don't leave too many reviews, but this product is truly deserving. The smoothness and low-effort of the button operation is amazing. It's like it has ball-bearings inside or something....and zero slop. Don't waste your money on the typical name-brand CRAP buttons thinking that you're getting a "genuine" high-quality product. I paid over $100 for the CRAP Insinkerator button at HD before discovering this one. The alternatives are cheap plastic crap and they charge the same or more. And the finishes let you match whatever sink and accessories you're using...in our case Matte Black is perfect match for Blanco sink and matte black faucet. You can also have fun with the name!!! Sin-Kingdom...Sinking-Dom, etc...!!!

Never thought I’d care about a button for garbage disposal or care to know the difference but I bought one from Home Depot hated it then brought this and it was so much nicer. Way better quality. It even made the disposal work way better. Nicest one I’ve installed and I’ve installed it twice now. As far as life goes I think the search is over and I’ll just keep buying this one for my kitchen renovations I didn’t really care too much before but after installing this I feel like I might have screwed a couple previous clients by giving them the basic Home Depot button. Heavy duty feels way more expensive
