These are made for wearing with heavier weight earrings to support your earlobe.They're a set of 16 pairs that measure .59" long and .39" wide. They are lightweight and made of silicone. However, the heart-shaped main part of the backs is hard like plastic. The only part that's soft silicone is the center piece with the hole that slides onto the post.I find the hardness uncomfortable to wear, and the heart shape that supports the lobe doesn't stay on top well. They eventually twist around to the bottom of your lobe, making them pointless to wear.Overall, the price is great, but they're uncomfortable and don't work like they should.
