It is important to order the correct size for our custom-designed OKGN Collars. Taking the time to measure accurately will ensure you receive a collar that fits well, which will help you avoid the inconvenience of needing to return it due to incorrect measurements.
Measuring your pet's neck for a collar is straightforward and can be completed in just a few minutes. To obtain an accurate measurement, measure the current collar that fits your pet comfortably. Refer to the picture provided for guidance on how to measure the length. This measurement will serve as your base.
To allow for extra space around the neck, add 2 inches to your base measurement. Keep in mind that the beads on our collars take up more space than standard flat collars.
For example, if the collar measures 18 inches, add 2 inches and order a size 20. If the collar measures 12 inches, add 2 inches and order a size 14.
