These have some nice heft to them. We use them for mixing when cooking as well as serving spoons. They reasonably priced for what you get. In terms of serving capacity, they are smaller than a ladle. Each spoon holds about 2.25 more than a tablespoon (I measured with water.) The handles are obviously longer than a standard spoon, hence the serving spoon designation.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these serving spoons exceeded my expectations. They have a really nice weight to them - not at all flimsy or cheap feeling. The edges are smooth (no rough or sharp spots), which speaks to the quality of the stainless steel. The shape is practical and stylish, and they looked great on the dinner table.
