We recently remodeled our bathroom and this dual towel rack fits perfectly and is just the right size to hang 2 bath towels and 2 additional towels. The quality is good too. Installation was easy. We are very pleased.

This was a great choice for me because my bathroom because it lacked wall space to have multiple towel racks but I use two towels when I shower (for my hair and body).

Happy with the rack but wish the tiers were a little farther apart. Can be hard to shove back towel in the bar closest to the wall. Otherwise looks great and does the job well.

I love being able to dry 2 towels at once. We have been using this for a while and it is fantastic. Installation was a breeze! We get a lot of compliments on it. Would buy again!

Although the rack looks nice, assembly and installation is a challenge. The pilot holes for the assembly bolts are just drilled into the hollow metal making it difficult to push the bolts through while at the same time screwing them onto the bases. Then the installation instructions tell you to put the pieces of double sided tape onto the hidden bolt bases, loosen the securing grub screws then push the rack onto the mounting surface so those bases stick on the wall, then pull the rack off leaving the bases taped to the wall to put the screws in. Problem is they never stick well enough so when you pull the rack they always fall off. I ended up doing it the old fashioned way, carefully measuring the mounting holes and hoping for the best. Not easy though. Honestly they could've just let the mounting screws show or put caps on them. Also, a minor point. The pieces were not completely square, requiring a bit of bending. I noticed this with the hand towel and toilet paper holders as well. They need a better welding rig or quality control.
