I could make the install of this product much easier for the end user.It is a good size to fit into my water heater closet located under my stairs and you can tell it's very well made. The stainless steel body is solid and I'm glad to have added this preventative measure to my expensive water heater giving my system the longest life possible and protect my water heater and pipes.

I live in rural Colorado very hard water. Lots of option for Salt free but I wanted something inexpensive and low maintenance. This system was easy to install and as far as I'm concerned, this thing really works.

Exactly as pictured & described, arrived quickly, packaged well. I will need to see how things look in a few months but after a week or so, it seems to be making a difference. Customer service is really great and take care of all of that for me.

Installation was very easy for this product and used the shower after installing I did notice a difference in the water. Happy to install it and hopefully it continues to work
