This is nice fly reel backing. I use mine for salmon fishing on the Salmon River in upstate New York and anywhere else I go for large fish. It's bright, tough and affordable. Word to the wise though - DO NOT touch this backing with your bare hands when a big fish is making a run because it will cut you. And no, I didn't learn that the hard way, lol.I'd buy this again and I have in smaller sizes for trout and such. Good stuff.
