I just noticed that somehow Rvinyl is allowed to their inferior products on Amazon. I purchased my pillar posts pre-cut trim directly from the Rvinyl’s web site. They cut them to the wrong size and sent 2 left sides (no right side). I sent them pictures and they refused to do anything to remedy the problem. They said they sent me the correct ones!! They would not even provide me with a refund or send me the correct size/side. I had never had a company completely dismiss me when something was wrong with their product before like Rvinyl did. The product was also poor quality, but it is the dismissive, rude behavior and lack of professionalism displayed by the people running this company that makes them even worse. They are shameful! Maybe if I had purchased through Amazon, Rvinyl would not have been able to blow me off and pocket my money after providing me with the wrong product.

Back two pillars are cut to the correct size, but the first Pillars are almost 1/2 " smaller in size than the pillar. I spaced it so its about 1/4" on each size. When I contacted the company they are saying that is how they are supposed to fit. If that is so why do the back ones fit perfectly. I thought this was going to be ab answer to my very faded Pillars. I was hoping the company would fix the problem. They offered me a refund if I return the used pillars.
