When the Rolanko Girls Cargo Pants are advertised as shiny metallic, you can bet they are.The fabric is 100% spandex and indeed very light.The elastic waist makes it super easy to put on and take off, although the style is somewhat baggy.This is a pair of pants that stands out, loud and clear, perhaps not for someone of a shy character.It is not an everyday pants, but one that is worn for a party or a casual celebration and this will get you noticed. Big time.The fabric is very thin and delicate with instructions to machine wash on cold and hang to dry.The price of $42.50 at the time of writing seems to be on the high side.

These are cute pants that my daughter has loved wearing because they are loose fitting. She loves the pockets, and loved that they were shimmery and shiny. These fit well in length, and were a nice blue when they first arrived. Unfortunately these pants have changed color and become less metallic and shiny with the more times I have washed them. The other thing that they have started to do is stick to themselves when they are run through the dryer. Overall they are cute pants but do have a few flaws, but my daughter loves them.
