It walked me through its own set-up in a matter of moments. I use this for my podcast interviews and recordings. It works well. The sound quality is excellent. I can have multi-users attached, and adding online callers or sounds is simple. There's even technical assistance available if you need it. I wish I hadn't wasted money on so many other less expensive products that were difficult to use. This is all you need.
