I had to return the first one because it would only go about 2ft out in one direction and straight back to the wall. If I turned it around, it would go all the way across the pool, but then would do the same thing once it got to the other wall. The replacement i got wasn't much better. It goes great in the direction where the handle is, but will only go maybe 10 or 12ft the other direction then right back to the wall. It did pick up the debris, but I have to stand over it and turn it around so it would go all the way across the pool to pick up what was in the middle. Maybe I just got 2 duds in a row, but I'm not impressed.

VFery sad I had to send this back. It went a few inches and stopped and wouldn't move anymore. This was on a full charge.

The first unit that I received didn't work at all. It would say it was charged, then when I turned it on and placed in the pool, nothing would happen. No motor sounds and no movement.I contacted customer support who were very helpful and offered to refund. I decided to try another unit in case it was just an issue with this one.The second unit had a totally different problem. When placed in the pool, it would move about a foot, go backwards a foot, then stop altogether. This is after charging it fully and following the instructions. Very disappointing and I won't be purchasing from this company again.

This item is not good. You have to babysit it. It keeps on getting stuck. 90 min charge is really 60. Won’t work unless it’s 100% charged. Battery charger gets hot. Afraid to charge without watching it. Thinking of returning the items and get something else. It just cleans ok, not great.

This little vacuum worked ok, one major flaw , the wheels do not give great traction, if only they had designed the wheels with rubber traction…..probably going to return it sadly because of this reason . It is simple to use and clean - I just wish those wheels had some sort of traction !

Horrible. We have a 28 ft above ground pool. Got this vacuum and put it in for the full charge and didn’t pick up a thing. I tried it again after completely charging again and this time watched it. It seems that the vacuum doesn’t have enough strength to move while filter is on. Returning it.

Very disappointed. I fully charged it and put it in my pool. It went forward and backwards ONCE and then stopped. I walked away because I thought it was training itself so I left it be. When I came back out to get it figuring it need to be charged up, nothing was clean and it was only moving one inch, stopping, then 2 minutes later another 1-2 inches and stops until the battery light blinked that it was dead. Believe me because I came out to get it for recharging (being 90 minute run time) and watched it for the last ten minutes as it did barely nothing. It's POS. I'm returning this and ordering from a different brand.

We followed all the directions and it only vacuumed back and forth 3x and stopped moving… we looked and there was nothing in the obstructing it. It vacuumed some but when you pull it out of pool, it pours it back in like it didn’t even vacuum a thing.. we only tried it twice for good measure giving it the benefit of the doubt, but I’m sorry… this was a bad purchase… plus’s the battery ran out fast, didn’t last 90minutes.. would like to return and get my money back but I don’t think we can return if we used it. Not worth the money!
