This collar is lovely. I like the bright pink on my black lab. I have it on my puppy and so far it has held up and doesn’t look worse for wear. I gave it four stars because it seems to not be heavy duty. It is water proof but the collar feels a bit thin and the buckle seems like light plastic. I do like how much it adjusts though, she can keep wearing it as she grows. Overall a nice collar that I’m happy is waterproof as we are in and out of the water often.

This is such a beautifully made, comfortable looking/feeling and good looking collar. I love the reflectiveness but my biggest reason I loved this is because of the QR code that can help your pet get returned to you if they wander away. My pup rarely wanders away but there have been instances when he took off for a trot around the neighborhood. Hopefully people (if my pup goes on a unscheduled stroll) will understand to scan the QR code.The setup is very easy. Just scan the QR code, enter in the number/letters shown on the collar, sign up with your email and password, then enter in any information you like. Not everything is required and the most important thing for me was my phone # and address. If your pup is lost you can indicate on the site so your information is available to others who see the QR code.I picked the blue collar and my pup looks even more handsome since it contrasts so nicely with his black fur.The collar has lovely cushioning and the size 'small' is perfect. I measured his neck before ordering to make sure and his neck is 12".I would 100% order another again if needed. I am honestly impressed and this surpassed my expectations. Especially for the cost since I have no doubt this will last years.

This is a nice dog collar with a unique QR code feature. The collar itself is comfortable and seems durable enough. The large size fits my dog’s 22 inch neck and could be adjusted a bit further (but not much) for a larger dog. The loop is strong metal and works well for his tag and for leash attachment. I haven’t been able to test the collar’s reflectivity, but hopefully it works as advertised. There is a unique QR code on the buckle, and it is embedded under a thick clear plastic shield to protect it from wear and tear. By scanning the code with my phone and providing an email address, I was able to set up a free account where I can load information about our dog. Once the QR code is set up (which takes less than 5 minutes), anyone who scans the code will see our dog’s name with some basic info and our contact information. We tested it out by having a family member scan the collar code and up popped our dog’s info! You can include as much or as little info as you want. It’s a great feature so long as the company maintains the website.

Smart Pet Collar is very easy to set up. Love that there is no tag hanging down to hit against each other or the bowls. Pretty pink color & nice that it is reflective, as we don’t have a lot of streetlights in our neighborhood. The collar itself is easy to adjust the sizing. Snaps on & off with minimal effort. While our dog is chipped (which you can include in your dog’s online profile), this will make it easier for people to contact you. While chipping is a great way to tag your animal, you have to go to a vet or someone with a scanner, before you can reach out to the owners. Using Smart Pet Collar, anyone with a smart phone can get your dog’s information & reach out. It is nice that you can add a photo, contact info, details about your pet & mark as lost if necessary. It seems like a good quality collar too.My husband scanned it, after I set it up & her information came up right away. I only have positive things to say.
