Product Description

Numbered cash sales form with numbered listing lines. Wrap-around stop card prevents write-through to other form sets. Two-hole punched for storage in a post binder.

From the Manufacturer

Carbonless, sales forms offer a simple format to record information with space for customer"s information (name and address), date, seller, method of payment and up to 12 items with their quantity, description and cost. Two other boxes offer a place for the customer"s order number and recipient of the merchandise. Special design transfers writing from the original to the two copies. Two-part forms are consecutively numbered and come in a manifold book with a flexible cover. Paper sequence is originals in white and duplicates in yellow.

I recently purchased this from REDIFORM believing that it was a ten pack as indicated in the figure, paid almost $9 for sipping and handling and received a BIG BOX with just one booklet. TOTAL RIPOFF. When contacted the seller, they put all the blame in Amazon and I am not getting the other nine!
