While we did return this, because it ended up not being a new motor that was needed, when we opened the box and compared it to the original motor piece, it was identical. The weight was the same, the density of the plastic and the quality of the connectors or exactly what the original was. Do not hesitate to buy this if you need a new motor. So easy to replace. If you have a recliner that matches go for it

This replacement motor was a perfect fit for my Klaussner recliner. It was less expensive than others on Amazon and other websites so I was a little apprehensive that it would be the correct item. It slipped in in just 2-3 minutes. The only issue I had was the connector on the recliner was not the same as the old motor and I had to use the 29V connector that was in there. Perfectly happy.
