I am 6’ tall, 190lbs. The XL size fits me just right without anything on underneath. It is snug but not tight through the crotch and rides up in just the right way. I didn’t get it for diaper related reasons, so I can’t attest to the diaper fit.

No complaints about these. They hold up well, good width in the crotch. Used them for months working full-time and working up a sweat with no issues.Great quality when you want something that blends with everyday attire.My only thing I have is the purple (I guess it was lavender maybe) ones, is that I think they should go darker, more of a royal purple. A nice, deep purple would be nice. But that had no bearing on this review, obviously. Least favorite of the five I purchased (four black, one purple), but it still functions the same. Just find them too bright for my personal tastes (brighter in person than the pictures me).If you are looking for a bodysuit/onesie to wear over other undergarments in public discreetly, these are great.

Don't order a size up, really you may just want to look at the length. I a heavy guy, so I ordered the 3x as that's the size shirt I wear, and it looked like the same measurements, however it was waaay to long. I bought a 1x the same day as the first was delivered, it's snug, but the stretch makes it fit perfect, very comfortable.

Super soft and fits excellent! I'm 5'11" and 240lbs with a 42" waist. Will definitely be getting abfew more. Love how it actually covers everything especially around the hips.

Great product. Comfortable. Not too hot. Only thing is it runs slightly small, or maybe it doesn’t. I ordered a large and it fits, but it is skin tight on me. When I order again I’ll order an x-large. I hope then it will look like it fits like a regular shirt. I am keeping this even though it’s a little tight so I can use it as an undershirt to keep things contained and out of view.

He has raved about these multiple times since buying. He loves them Because they are thick and the crotch is nice and wide, holds things in nicely. He’s 5 ft. 9 and about 145-150 lbs, very lean. Size medium fits him just right.
