I purchased these panels for my van to block out the view into the interior. These panels do the job perfectly. They cut out the light and fit the interior window perfectly. They are easy to install and the quality of the fabric is excellent. The material is padded which protects the glass from anything that may bump into it and it seems to add some insulation effect by keeping the heat out. Best of all the product is made and sold in and from the USA.

Got a set for our work company van to cover rear window from keeping outside eyes poking in, like the black out covers even while driving the van.
