Works well but for some weird reason the wire from the camera under the truck keeps melting after a few months not sure why but this has happened three times now

There is no directions when it comes to wiring this thing. There is one hot wire and one ground at one end of the harness and a coax connection and a hot wire at the other. Don’t tell you where to connect the the single hot wire anywhere. I even checked the troubleshooting guide online with no help. It says there to reset the camera but there is no reset on the device at all. Very disappointed to say the least

Easy to install, have no issues, plug and play. Took 3 hrs for complete start to finish install. Happy with this purchase

My truck display comes with backup lines that move with the steering wheel and as far as I know I’m not able to remove the lines that come with the camera. No instructions come with the kit. I am fairly good with electronics so was able to install fairly quickly. How ever quality image is poor would recommend spending the money on a nicer one
