Got this for our chicken coop and it worked better than expected!! The chickens love the endless flow of water and the smaller bowl keeps them from getting it dirty. Would definetly get again

I love this water dispenser super cute and can sit flat on the ground incase you dont want to hook it into the cage. The bunnies love it. I have 2 lion mane bunnies and it works great. They usually chew up anything and everything which makes it hard to find the perfect containers to keep around them but this worked out great. Easy to assemble too.

My son's school is getting a rabbit this summer for the summer camp children. This is the perfect addition to the rabbit enclosure. The water does not leak and it is clearly easy to use because we have had to keep filling it.

The Chebet Small Animal Hanging Water Bottle (800ml/28oz) has some strong points as well as a few issues.Advertised Use:While marketed primarily as a rabbit water bottle, it's also listed as suitable for guinea pigs, birds, hamsters, ferrets, and reptiles. The base of our small animal cage has raised sides that a cage fits into and the water bottle does not work well for that type of setup.Color:The listing says “blue,” but the product is more of a sage tone. It’s not a major issue, but something to note if color is important for your setup.Installation:The bottle is advertised as “effortless to install,” which is mostly accurate—no tools are needed. However, the assembly involves a few components that must be put together in a specific order, and it took me a few tries to get it right. On the plus side, once it's properly installed, refilling the bottle is easy and doesn’t require disassembling the entire unit.Functionality for Guinea Pigs:This is where the product really falls short. Although it’s described as suitable for small animals like guinea pigs or hamsters, the water tray sits too high for them to reach when it’s attached to the cage. The only way it might work is by placing the entire unit on the floor of the cage—but then your pet is likely to step into the water, which is far from ideal.Bottom Line:This dispenser may be a good fit for taller small animals like rabbits or ferrets, but it’s not a practical option for guinea pigs or hamsters.

This water dispenser does function correctly, and fits securely to a specific type of cage with horizontal or vertical openings that are wide enough to fit the water dish neck through where it connects to the central piece, but it's not working for my regular guinea pig enclosure. My guinea pig cage BARELY allows the neck portion through with a sizeable shove and holding it awkwardly in place while attempting to place the water bottle in on the opposite side of the cage. If I were to let go before putting the water in, it would push itself back out. And when it is installed, the wires are a bit "stretched" to accommodate the dish's neck. My biggest concern though, honestly, is that we use Midwestern style cages that have bottom liners that come well up the sides to keep hay and such inside the cage. These ~4-6 inches would make for way, way too far of a stretch for a guinea pig to reach this and drink from above. It would be like suspending a dog bowl off of a kitchen counter and saying "here's your new water bowl!" It's just not practical for a guinea pig to reach that high if they have this standard cage setup, which seems to be quite popular. I tried to work around it by installing the water dispenser at my guinea pigs "penthouse condo" since it is a level higher but even then, the condo has a lip to keep the pig inside, making a gap again. I've only seen him once climb up and briefly try to reach his chin down into this bowl. I got it to offer an additional water source besides the standard drip bottle, and have been struggling to keep our pigs from running through any ceramic dish of water left at ground level. But it looks like that will be the better option after trying this for a week. Bummer. It's a neat idea, but maybe for a larger pet like a rabbit or a small dog in its kennel that can reach the water. Seems like an important thing to consider.

This is a cute hanging water bottle for your caged smaller exotic animal. It’s a great reservoir option for those who have pets that tend to tip over their water bowl and/or toss food and toys into it as our rabbit does. We have a big rex rabbit, so it would have been nice to be able to select an even larger option for him as he goes through a lot of water each day, so this will be his back-up water as he tends to toss his toys into his bowl and tip it over onto his bedding. Also, be sure to snap all of the internal parts into tight because I made the mistake of shifting the inner plastic piece as I was adding in the water reservoir (Also while having our rabbit bonking his head onto me demanding pettings.), and almost the entire reservoir spilt out while sitting on it’s holder. I thought that it was set into the holder well, yet the water kept on coming out and overflowing the bowl. What a mess. So one star knocked off for that and the size option, otherwise it’s a pretty handy hanging water bottle.

Rabbit Water Bottle, 800ml/28oz Hanging Automatic Water Dispenser for Cage, Ferret Bunny Guinea Pig Water Bowl,Suitable for Small Animal (Green, 800 ml/28 oz)Finally! A good water battle for my bunny! We are so tired of the old water bottle with the metal ball that gives him a drip at a time, and leaks all the time! This type of water bottle allows him to just drink the water, without the ball in his way!It does not come with instructions, but it’s easy enough to figure out. What I did not realize at first is that there is a slight indentation on the bottom front of the bottle. It goes to the front of the bottle so it’s easier to take the bottle in and out. We’re very happy with this bottle, and hope it lasts a long time! Well worth $16!!
