I wasn't optimistic about these sheets straight out of the package. Before washing, they felt thick and stiff like a cheap polyester Hawaiian shirt. But they actually loosened up and felt much softer after washing. The design is clear and cute and also still looks fine after washing. They fit a queen size mattress appropriately, as expected, with plenty of room at the corner pockets of the fitted sheet.A couple of things that make them feel cheaply made - 1) the pillow cases are only printed on one side. 2) the "top" part of a flat sheet usually has a bit more fabric folded over at the hem than this. Still, on the whole, not bad.

These are the cutest cartoon animal sheets. Very whimsical and colorful. Soft and fit great.
