I like the versatility of the unit. I have used it like a TV tray in the house, and it seems ideal to look at my laptop while using apps to practice my golf swing.

If you're looking for a stand with a good height and it's not easy to tip over. Snag this one. I'm six foot tall and I almost pulled it up to my neck. I tested it with a small projector and laptop. It's not quite big enough for the two of them. It is without a question a one or the other situation. There are rubber no slip pads on it. I leaned it back maybe 20 to 30 degrees and nothing moved. I accidentally kicked it was I walked around it. The projector sat on it without wiggling at all. The tripod slid just a bit though. The elastic belts, in my opinion, are truly pointless. They'll get used to tie cords up at some point. The additional phone holder is on a flexible neck that stayed in position rather well.My complaints are minimal. I do not like the fact that the stand comes apart. The upper part of the stand separates from the lower that holds the tripod. This is great for shipping and storage. It can cause a bit of anxiety during setup. However, on the other hand I'm happy it does come apart because it doesn't completely collapse. So storage is a bit odd. I DJ and try to keep everything in a case or bag for easy transport. I'm going to have to get creative with this one.
