This order was for 12 gift bags. Only 6 were in the box. Why is it so hard to process orders correctly? Order was returned. Very disappointed.

Bought to use for party favors. Bags are well crafted and a nice shade of black. You can fit a good amount in them, I used it for smaller items so there was a lot of extra unused space.
